High Quality Beef
All of our beef cattle are grass-fed and 120 days grass and grain-finished. We grain-finish to help enhance marbling, flavor, and tenderness in the meat. When it's time for processing, we hand deliver our butcher calves to one of our trusted State Inspected processing plants to be processed. All of our farm fresh beef comes vacuumed sealed for freshness.

Our hogs are all fed a high quality feed resulting in a healthy, great tasting pork product. At the time of processing, we hand deliver our hogs to one of our trusted State Inspected processing plants to be processed. All of our farm fresh pork comes vacuumed sealed for freshness.
